About This Project: LEGOLAND New York Resort is the first new major theme park in the Northeast in more than four decades. The 150-acre project includes seven LEGO-themed lands with rides, attractions, dining, and shopping. The 250-room Hotel features LEGO-themed rooms and includes a resort-style swimming pool.
Construction on Legoland began in 2019 and the COVID pandemic hit months later. Work was paused for a time but in June of 2020, the project was reopened under the new COVID Guidelines. The schedule for the construction of the Hotel was extremely compressed and we were able to meet and exceed the imposed deadlines with a large crew, extended days, and weekend work.
